1. Applicant must passed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination with minimum 60% marks.
2. To be eligible, applicants must have done their schooling from the institution situated in  Gilgit-Baltistan
3. The candidates must not be above 18 years of age on the last date of the receipt of applications
