Eligibility Criteria

Have a Gilgit-Baltistan domicile.
Last passed annual examination (current result)
Passed these examinations through a Government institution.
Students nominated by the GB Directorate are also eligible.
Intermediate (HSSC-I & II) and DAE (I, II & III) in public sector colleges under the Higher Education Department, GB.
BS and ADP students in public sector colleges of GB.
Students from GB nominated through the Higher Education Department GB, who are enrolled in Intermediate, ADP, MBBS, BDS, DVM, Agriculture, Pharm-D, Law, Engineering, and general BS programs at recognized universities and institutions across Pakistan—including local colleges/universities of GB—as well as students admitted on a merit basis to reputed public sector universities/institutions, are eligible
Minimum CGPA / Annual Exam Percentage requirements for scholarship: Public Sector Universities/Colleges (≥ 70% equivalent CGPA for Sciences and ≥ 70% equivalent CGPA for Arts) Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges (≥ 70%) in annual exams Selection of merit criteria
The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship during the current academic year.

Domicile certificate (Gilgit-Baltistan) (Attested)
Latest academic result card/transcript (Attested)
A recent passport-size photograph (Attested)
Admission Fee receipt (Attested)
Bank account details (the student’s own bank account is required). If the student doesn't have it, the father’s bank account must be provided instead.)
